看了第一集觉得不咋地，分析推理过程没看到，莫名其妙。而且找的版本字幕翻译也有很多问题，靠着英文字幕啃完了也不想看其他集了

艾霖这个系列的故事主线比较集中，案件相对简单，调查过程有点拖沓，解答感觉有想走本格的意思不过现在看来比较小儿科。最后基本上会和凶手对峙，偶尔会出现在警探面前的激烈冲突，是一部好像看完了也没什么特别印象的作品。主线大概是谈恋爱吧（误

Even since watched Middlemarch, I can't see Patrick Malahide's characters pass the cold, selfish, older man, no matter how good an actor he is. This show finally helped to wash off the impression. Alleyn isn't too warm but one grows to like the detective eventually.
