有点意思的玻利维亚喜剧片。Eleuterio is the drunk of Pucarani, a samall town near of La Paz. One day arrives from abroad one rase bicycle. Eleuterio knows that the bicycle has been adquired by his eternal rivals the Choque family. The town priest summon both familys to a bicycle rase ''only for women'', the winner family will be the champion and the owner of the bicycle. Eleuterio is decided...$现在才发现玻利维亚人也这么会搞，挺简单的故事居然也能拍两个多小时，找来的演员个个长得歪瓜裂枣似的，片子有点类似咱国内的乡村喜剧风格。
